Provides the 4-year, blue card, certified by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) for healthcare providers working in Los Angeles County. Scheduling: You may KEEP the scheduled date and time listed on the registration calendar OR you may contact us at (323) 327-6353 after registering to schedule an alternate time according to your preference (based on general availability). Certification Card Delivery: Your card will be sent to you as a picture via text during business hours and also by standard mail. Note: All fees, products, classes and services are non-refundable.
