PARKING INFO

Complete instructions on how to find our building, where to park, how to save money and time so that you can arrive to class safely and prepared.

NOTE: TO PROVIDE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL STUDENTS, YOU MUST BE ON TIME TO CLASS.
THERE IS 100% NO LATE CLASS ENTRY.

Late entry means arriving at the classroom door 1 minute or more after the 5 minute grace period. We start class on time to end class on time, as we respect ALL of our student's schedules. Please DO NOT KNOCK ON A CLOSED DOOR you will be disrupting a class already in session. You will also lose your opportunity to reschedule your class and will not receive a refund. These policies are in place to create a comfortable, efficient, highly ORGANIZED and SAFE learning environment for all of our students and instructors.

Student acknowledgement of the refund policy is completed on the Registration Form before submitting payment for classes.  

Can't make it on time? Unexpected emergency? Traffic delays or accidents? No problem! We allow you to reschedule your class for FREE within 30 days.

Feel free to walk, take the train, bus, Uber, Lyft, get a ride or park wherever you would like.

There are two (2) parking decks associated with the Curacao Building. 

​

Make sure you enter the parking deck on South Union Ave, the 1605 tower.

​

Parking is $1.50 per 15 minutes (subject to change).

$15 max per day.

​

Ask your instructor about validation.

DRIVING, PARKING AND ARRIVAL TIPS:

  • LA traffic is unpredictable. There may be road blocks, construction, marathons, marches, parades, accidents, TV or movie filming, etc. occurring the same day as your class. To be on the safe side, generally DOUBLE THE TIME GPS estimates for your commute time to have a better chance of arriving to class on time.

  • Plan to arrive 60 minutes BEFORE YOUR CLASS START TIME to find parking, find the building, find the classroom, take the elevators, etc.

  • Be sure to read your confirmation and reminder emails sent to you upon class registration and 24 hours before your scheduled class. This is a requirement prior to entering the class.

  • The classroom doors open 5 minutes before the class time. If you arrive much earlier, you may want to sit in your car with something to keep you occupied. There is no seating area in the lobby or outside our classroom doors.

  • Plan to use the restroom before you leave your home, so you are not waiting for the instructor's restroom key before the classroom doors open.

  • The restroom on our floor is private and requires a key that will be provided to you once the classroom doors open 5 minutes prior to the start time. There are no public restrooms in our building.


HOW TO FIND OUR BUILDING:

  • Our address is 1605 W Olympic Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90015.

  • We are near downtown Los Angeles 

  • Our crossroads are W Olympic Blvd and S Union Ave

  • There is a 76 gas station on the opposite side of the street.

  • We are located on the 5th floor (take the elevator in the lobby to the 5th floor) in suite #500.

  • For everyone's safety, non-registered guests are not permitted in the classroom.

  • Feel free to bring snacks, breakfast, lunch or refreshments to enjoy during the class.

IN ORDER TO START AND END CLASS ON TIME:

DOORS OPEN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS START TIME.

DOORS CLOSE AND LOCK 5 MINUTES AFTER YOUR CLASS START TIME.

FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE, PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE CLASSROOM DOOR WITHIN THE AFOREMENTIONED 10 MINUTE WINDOW.

IN ORDER TO NOT DELAY OR DISRUPT A CLASS IN PROGRESS, IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CLASS. IMPORTANT CONTENT STARTS IMMEDIATELY. STUDENTS ARRIVING AFTER THE 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD WILL NOT RECEIVE CERTIFICATION CARDS. YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT TO RESCHEDULE.

 

For your convenience, we have provided complete instructions on how to find our building and where to park so that you know what to expect prior to arriving. If you are unable to arrive to class on time we will be more than happy to reschedule you for free within 30 days of your original class date. Please call or text us to reschedule before or after your class.
