Official Hospital Fire & Life Safety Class. Provides the 4-year, blue card, certified by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) for healthcare providers working in Los Angeles County. Certification Card Delivery: Your card will be sent to you as a picture via text during business hours and also by standard USPS mail. Note: All fees, products, classes and services are non-refundable.
