Troubleshooting

IF YOU'RE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH AUDIO (YOU CANNOT HEAR THE CLASS)

 

Try this...

First, please try turning your speakers all the way UP, and your microphone OFF.

Second, GO TO THE SETTINGS ICON and change the audio from “No audio” to “computer”.

Make sure you don’t accidentally log out of the class.

If you're still having problem hearing the class, no worries! TEXT (310) 779-7357 (LAFC Student Services) “I'm having problems with audio."

Please be patient as we respond to your message.

We will assist you in completing the class so that you can get your certification card as soon as possible.
