WHEN DOES THE CLASS START?

 

Log into the class 30 minutes prior to the start time. The class begins on the hour sharp. 

The class locks 5 minutes after the start time.  That means, you will not be able to enter the class or re-enter the class after it starts.
 

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

The class locks 5 minutes after the start time. If you attempt to enter late, you will not be permitted to enter (you will be locked out) and will need to reschedule.

100% ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATION CARD.

Attendance is recorded by your login and logout times as well as making sure you answer every question asked of you in the chat box. 

Exiting/re-entering the class is not permitted.  If you can, log in using at least 2 separate devices as a backup (phone, ipad, desktop and/or laptop). You can place the 2nd device in another room to avoid any echoing.

All class times are in local Los Angeles, CA USA time (PST).

RESCHEDULING:

There is a $30 rescheduling fee for students who are NO-SHOWS or LATE (attempting to enter the class after the start time). IF YOU’RE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN, YOU MUST CONTACT STUDENT SERVICES AT (310) 779-7357 AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS STARTS TO AVOID THE FEE. IF YOU CONTACT US AFTER YOUR CLASS STARTS YOU WILL BE ASSESSED THE $30 FEE. THIS FEE CANNOT BE WAIVED. 

The class is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are absolutely no exceptions.
 

WHEN DO I GET MY CARD?

After the class, you will receive a picture of your card via TEXT.  We will also MAIL it to you. We do not email the card. 

• FOR STUDENTS WHO PURCHASED THE CLASS WITHOUT PRIORITY MAIL: The 1st card will be mailed for FREE via STANDARD USPS mail. There will be a $15 fee for any requests to re-mail the card (lost envelope in the mail, never received it, etc.) or to order a Replacement Card. Please TEXT us at (310) 779-7357 if you'd like to upgrade to Priority Mail with Tracking (highly recommended if you need the paper card).  

• FOR STUDENTS WHO PURCHASED THE CLASS WITH PRIORITY MAIL WITH TRACKING: The first card will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. There will be a $15 fee for any requests to re-mail the card (lost envelope in the mail, never received it, etc.) or to order a Replacement Card.

ALWAYS RELY SOLELY ON YOUR DIGITAL CARD FOR DOCUMENTATION. ONCE TEXTED TO YOU, BE SURE TO SAVE IT TO YOUR PHONE, THEN EMAIL IT TO YOURSELF, CREATE A PDF AND/OR PRINT AS NEEDED. 

 

ATTENDANCE:

 

Students will be asked to answer questions using the chatroom during the class. You must answer EVERY QUESTION in order to get your certification card. Students without sufficient participation will be required to take and pass a QUIZ in order to get certified.

HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?

The class is 4 hours. Good news! The class moves FAST!  You’ll have a 15 min break and full 30 min lunch break!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO JOIN THE CLASS OR GET ASSISTANCE JOINING THE CLASS AFTER THE CLASS START TIME. YOU WILL NEED TO TEXT (323) 327-6353 TO RESCHEDULE. 

 

IMPORTANT: LOG INTO THE CLASS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIME TO AVOID CANCELATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
