REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

LA Fire Card strives to provide affordable healthcare certification classes in a professional, efficient, friendly and respectful learning environment. To facilitate our efforts and help you make informed decisions as a consumer before you book, we have include a detailed explanation of our policies.

 

Before you book a class with LA Fire Card, we ask that you review the policies below.

 

  • By registering for the class, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the following:

    • ALL FEES paid for the class along with any deposits ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit and/or fee holds your seat for the class.

    • You also acknowledge that you have read and understand the Class Description for the class for which you are going to register and that you are registering for the appropriate class. You can read the Class Description by clicking on the class title or picture on the Register Page.

    • You may contact LA Fire Card at any time with questions about a class before registering, but once you pay for the class, all fees are non-refundable.

    • You agree to read the Confirmation and Reminder Emails that will be sent to the email address you provide upon registration in their entirety, and that you are responsible for the information included in those emails.

    • You agree to have LA Fire Card debit your bank account for the class amount via PayPal or other 3rd party systems, and you authorize the transaction by entering in your contact and banking information at the time of registration. 

    • You understand that no refunds, fee reversals, transaction disputes or charge backs will be granted as all of the classes are non-refundable.

    • You are responsible for providing and/or updating your correct contact information during and after class registration as needed (email address, mailing address, phone number) so that you may receive correspondence in a timely manner.

    • Any remaining balances are due at the start of class and must be paid in cash.

    • We respect your time and start all classes and content promptly.

    • **IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE TO A CLASSROOM SESSION YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE CLASS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.**

    • Note: In order for your fees paid or deposit to apply, you must reschedule your class within 30 days from your original class date. Rescheduling opportunities are based on class availability.

    • Again, LA Fire Card strives to provide a very professional and respectful learning environment for all students. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We respect the learning opportunity and safety of our students. If a student is found to be disruptive to the staff, instructors or other students at anytime before or during the class they will be asked to leave the class immediately and all fees paid and certifications will be forfeited.

    • We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone during the class as this is distracting to both the instructor and the students around you. You will be provided with breaks to use your phone during the class, please use your cell phone during those times. If you have a family or work emergency that requires you to use your phone, we will be more than happy to reschedule you for another time and date.

    • Please contact us with any questions you may have before registering for and attending the class.

    • If needed, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS. PLEASE DO NOT RE-BOOK OR CREATE MULTIPLE BOOKINGS ONLINE.
